Plaintiffs, a group of approximately 133 salespersons employed by defendant NVR, Inc. (“NVR”), a home construction company with operations in upstate New York, bring this action against NVR alleging that NVR has failed to pay them overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“FLSA”) and the New York Labor Law.
