BAKER, Judge.
[1] Joseph Sidener appeals his conviction for Burglary, 1 a Class C felony, as well as the finding that he is an habitual offender. Sidener argues that law enforcement’s use of a GPS tracking device to track the movements of a vehicle in which he was a passenger violated his rights under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article 1, Section 11 of the Indiana Constitution.
