I respectfully dissent. The per curiam properly holds that the certificate of the dissenting judge shows no apparent conflict between the cited appellate decisions. It is regrettable that the matter was certified by the single dissenting judge rather than by appellant filing his application to transfer, a procedure I believe still available to him. The real conflict is that this court has never recognized that the participating woman can bring an action for seduction.
