This interlocutory appeal involves a claim by a United States business that the appellant, Islamic Republic of Iran (“Iran”), acting through various codefendants who controlled the shares and the board of directors of a dairy company in Iran, used its majority position to lock the appellee out of the management of the dairy and to deny the appellee its share of the company’s earnings.
