I. INTRODUCTION
This action is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Under the Doctrine of Forum Non Conveniens. Defendants are a Delaware corporation whose principal place of business is Battle Creek, Michigan, and two individuals, one domiciled in Battle Creek, Michigan, and the other in Seattle, Washington.
