— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Beerman, J.), rendered March 8, 1988, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree (three counts), assault in the first degree, grand larceny in the second degree, assault in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
