1Opinion of the Court

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Demakos, J.), rendered September 20, 1988, convicting him of arson in the first degree (two counts), criminal mischief in the first degree (two counts), and intimidating a witness in the second degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
