In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Braatz, J.), dated October 1, 1986, which, upon a jury verdict after a trial on the issue of liability only, is in favor of the defendant and (2) an order of the same court dated October 6, 1986, which denied their motion to set aside the verdict.

Ordered that the judgment and order are affirmed, with one bill of costs.
