This case was before this court on a former appeal. 65 N. D. 721, 261 N. W. 759. It involves the avails of two life insurance policies issued upon the life of one Axel Robert Anderson, deceased, both payable to the estate of said deceased. Upon the death of the insured the executors of his last will and testament received from the insurance companies the avails of the two policies aggregating in all $15,431.00.
