MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOSEPH C. HOWARD, District Judge.
The Riggs National Bank of Washington, D.C. (“Bank”) appeals from a judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland dismissing the Bank’s complaint to modify an automatic stay in effect pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a). The Bank, a secured creditor, claims that sufficient cause exists under 11 U.S.C. § 362(d) to warrant relief from the stay. Finding no cause to lift the stay, the Bankruptcy Court denied the relief sought. The parties have briefed the issues, and this Court is now prepared to rule on the Bankruptcy…
