MEMORANDUM OPINION
RALPH R. MABEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
The common issues raised in these cases are whether 11 U.S.C. § 722 allows redemption to be made by payment in installments and to what extent, if any, the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362 prevents action against property of the debtor which, either by the trustee’s abandonment or otherwise, is no longer property of the estate. A study of these issues leads the Court to conclude that redemptions under Section 722 cannot be made via installment payments, and that debtor’s property which is no longer property of the estate is, nevertheless,…
