—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Richard Lee Price, J.), rendered July 9, 1990, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from 25 years to life, unanimously reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and the matter remanded to Supreme Court for a new trial.
