HUTCHESON, District Judge.
Appellants having been convicted of a conspiracy, entered into in the Southern District of Florida, to violate the National Prohibition Act, and the Tariff Act in regard to alcoholic beverage liquors, appeal, assigning many errors. Here, however, appellants present only three points: (1) The error of the court in instructing the jury in substance that in arriving at their verdict they should not consider whether the seized boat was British or American, and whether the seizure was legal or illegal; (2) that the court erred in permitting secondary evidence of the…
