This adversary proceeding involves the priority of a mechanic’s Hen filed by D.M. *732Ward Construction Company, Inc. (‘Ward”). Plaintiff Exec Tech Partners, debtor in this Chapter 11 case, owns two office buildings (“Tech Buildings A and B”) in Kansas City, Missouri. Ward holds a validly filed and duly perfected mechanics’ lien on Tech Buildings A and B.
