*816 {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, the village of New Miami, Ohio ("New Miami"), appeals a decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas denying its motion for summary judgment seeking governmental immunity pursuant to R.C. Chapter 2744. This interlocutory appeal is limited to the issue of whether the trial court erred in denying New Miami sovereign immunity under R.C. Chapter 2744.
