MEMORANDUM OPINION

WALTON, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court upon the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). 1 The plaintiffs complaint alleges that the defendants are: (1) criminally liable under 18 U.S.C. §§ 242 and 871 (2000), for violations of the plaintiffs First, Fifth, and Seventh Amendment rights of the United States Constitution; and (2) civilly liable for damages under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (2000) (“Title VII”), as a result of his termination by the United States…
