Joseph F. Bischoff, a licensed real estate broker, brought suit against Robert B. Smith, Patricia H. Smith, and P & T Investments, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm, alleging breach of contract by Robert and Patricia Smith (owners of the brokerage firm), debt for work and labor done for P & T, and conversion of trust funds by all defendants. Notice of this action was given to the Alabama Real Estate Commission (Commission).
