COLLEY, Justice.

This is a school bond election contest.

On November 23, 1981, the Board of Trustees of Chapel Hill Independent School District, in a specially called meeting, adopted a resolution and issued an order for a bond election for the issuance of $10,100,-000 in bonds for the District, pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Education Code, Articles 20.01 and 20.04, V.T.C.A., for school buildings, equipment and sites.
