This appeal is brought by Norman’s Country Market, Inc., David A. Norman and India A. Norman (Norman) following a determination by the district court that they were in violation of a consent judgment entered on September 14, 1982, and had additional violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) of 1938, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. The Normans had agreed to pay a total of $31,458.86 in back wages to a group of 41 employees for overtime wages allegedly not paid. William E.
