PERRY, Judge:

The appellant was convicted by a special court-martial of possession of marijuana, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 5 months and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The United States Air Force Court of Military Review affirmed on April 6, 1976, in an unpublished opinion.
