Plaintiff Ray C. Stevenson, who is presently confined in the United States penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas, has filed a complaint for a declaratory judgment, 28 U.S.C. § 2201 et seq., determining that he has served the full sentence of 25 years imposed on him November 8, 1937, for the armed robbery of a national bank, and that he should imme*860diately be released from prison.
