GREENHILL, Chief Justice.
This is a suit to recover on a fire insurance policy issued by National Lloyds Insurance Company [hereinafter “National Lloyds” or “the company”]. National Lloyds defended the suit by alleging that the policy was void because the value of the insured property had been willfully or fraudulently misrepresented, in violation of the policy provisions. The trial court upheld jury findings that such misrepresentation had occurred, and judgment was rendered for the company.
