POPOVICH, Judge:

This case involves an appeal from the order 1 of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County granting the motion for summary judgment of the defendant Prudential Property & Casualty Insurance Co. by the plaintiffs William Schoffstall and Judy L. Schoffstall. We affirm.

In this jurisdiction, summary judgment shall be rendered if the pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, and admissions on file, together with affidavits, if any, show that there is no genuine issue of material fact and that the moving part is entitled to a judgment as a matter of law.
