CALHOUN, Judge.
— The appellant was convicted in the District Court of Harris County for failure to stop and render aid to a person struck by an automobile which appellant was driving, and his punishment assessed at three years in the penitentiary.
The State’s evidence shows that on or about the 29th day of January, 1930, one George Rodriquez, while crossing a street in the City of Houston, was struck by an automobile driven by appellant and carried or dragged something like 200 feet.
