These appeals by Mary Ellen Exten and Gerald M. Exten are from an order of Bankruptcy Judge Lebowitz, dated 15 July 1981, adjudicating both of them bankrupts. That order was filed in each of two unconsolidated proceedings instituted on 1 July 1974 as proceedings for an arrangement pursuant to Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act of 1898 (the Act), 11 U.S.C. §§ 701-99 (1976):1 In re Gerald M.
