Appeal *614from a judgment of the County Court of Warren County (Moynihan, Jr., J.), rendered October 7, 1998, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of rape in the second degree (10 counts) and sodomy in the second degree.

Defendant, following a jury trial, was convicted of 10 counts of rape in the second degree and one count of sodomy in the second degree for acts allegedly committed upon the victim between July 1996 and December 1997.
