In this case the appellants are Lillian Garrison Potts, Hattie Garrison Roark, Mat Easter Garrison Williams, Vena Garrison Carr, Roger Garrison, James Wiley Garrison, Shirley Garrison Hargraves, Virginia Mae Garrison, Independent Executrix of the Estate of Barney Garrison, Sr. The appellees are W. Q. Richards Memorial Hospital, a county hospital, and Cottle County, Texas.
