Jacqueline E. Austin (“Jacqueline”) appeals from a judgment awarding attorney fees in two actions involving the partition of real property or, in the alternative, the sale by division of real property that had been owned by Edna Erie Austin (“the mother”), who died in February 2005. The parties in both cases are Jacqueline and her siblings, James Maxwell Austin, Jr. (“James”), and Dana Austin-LaFrance (“Dana”). The first case, no.
