In this case a master and auditor was appointed, by consent of the several parties in interest, to pass upon all questions relative to the ownership of certain whiskey in the bonded warehouse of the Thomas Moore Distilling Company, and to make distribution of a fund in *321the hands of its receiver derived from sales of this liquor; three separate claims of the Fourth National Bank of Boston, now merged with and known as the Fourth-Atlantic National Bank of Boston, were refused, and it has appealed in each instance.
