MEMORANDUM OPINION

LIMBAUGH, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the appeal of plaintiff Central Hardware Co. from the final order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri denying Central’s motion for summary judgment, granting defendant Walker-Williams Lumber Co.’s cross-motion for summary judgment, and dismissing Central’s complaint seeking avoidance under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b) of a wire transfer replacing an uncashed check issued to defendant Walker-Williams three (3) days prior to the wire transfer.
