This is an appeal by the defendants from a decree in favor of the complainant upon a bill filed to foreclose an alleged mechanic’s lien. The decree finds the premises subject to a Hen in favor of complainant in the sum of $6,360.42, and directs that upon failure of the payment of same, with interest, the property shall be sold. The cause was heard by the chancellor upon exceptions to the report of the master in chancery to whom it had been referred.
