MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

On July 16, 1997, pursuant to a plea agreement, Fitzroy Jackson, hereinafter the petitioner, entered a guilty plea to one count of sale of a controlled substance in violation of Connecticut General Statutes CT Page 13197 § 21a-277(b) and admitted to a charge of Violation of Probation in violation of Connecticut General Statutes § 53a-32.
