This cause is before me on a petition for review filed by the Pineville Coal Company, and R. W. Creech, Grant Mason and R. F. Lawson, president, vice president and secretary and treasurer, respectively, of that corporation, complaining of an order of the referee directing them to execute and deliver $2,000 in *812stock of the corporation to the trustee in bankruptcy.
