A Ramsey County jury found Larry La-rue Clark guilty of first-degree premeditated murder while aiding and abetting or being aided and abetted by another in violation of Minn.Stat. §§ 609.185(a)(1) and 609.05, subd. 1 (2006) for the 1970 shooting death of Saint Paul Police Officer James Sackett. The district court convicted Clark for this crime and sentenced him to life in prison.
