Kenneth A. Smith (“Appellant”) appeals the judgment of the trial court which found in favor of Discover Bank (“Respondent”) on Respondent’s “PETITION ON A CREDIT CARD.” Following a bench trial, the trial court determined Appellant owed Respondent the amount of $14,289.59 for the outstanding balance on a credit card issued by Respondent and also determined Respondent was entitled to attorney’s fees in the amount of $2,143.44 in addition to court costs.
