HOUGH, District Judge.
The plaintiffs, the Commercial National Bank, the Huntington National Bank, and ihe Ohio National Bank, national banking associations of Columbus, Ohio, sue the treas*214urer of Franklin county, Ohio, who is the official tax collector of such taxes as are legally assessed and collectable against said plaintiffs, for an order of injunction to prevent the collection by said’ defendant of the taxes assessed against said plaintiffs for the last half of 1926 and the year 1927.
