MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CASTILLO, District Judge.
In this lawsuit, the plaintiffs have raised various due process challenges to the validity of a Chicago city ordinance under which the defendants operate the Fast Track demolition program, claiming that they have been (or are about to be) deprived of their property without adequate notice or opportunity for a hearing. The plaintiffs have filed a motion for a preliminary injunction to prevent the scheduled demolition of certain buildings and to enjoin the City of Chicago from carrying out the ordinance at all.
