DECISIONS AND ORDER

The matter before the Court is the Trustee’s Motion Compelling Debtor to Turn Over Property of the Estate, to which the Debtor filed a response. A hearing was held on the motion for turnover on April 30, 1998, in Harrisonburg. In attendance were Dabney Overton, Jr., Esquire, counsel for the Debtor, and Dale A. Davenport, Esquire, counsel for the Trustee.
