This case involves a dispute between Timex Corporation, a manufacturer of wristwatches, and Incase, Inc., a manufacturer of plastic packaging. It was tried before a jury over six days in October 2005. The jury heard three claims: breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, and implied contract/unjust enrichment.
