The appeals here considered are from convictions for violation of the criminal laws of this state.
Each of the defendants was charged in separate informations with unlawfully, feloniously and willfully buying and receiving forty cases of beer stolen from Adeline Heller, doing business as Community Café, knowing the beer to have been stolen, the beer being of the value of more than $20.
