On November 10, 1970, this Court denied the plaintiffs’ and the defendants’ motions for summary judgment without prejudice to their respective rights to renew said motions. 1 This ease is presently before the Court upon the plaintiffs’ renewed motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability under the Securities Act of 1934, Section 14(a); 15 U.S.C.
