RIEDERER, Judge.

Anthony S. Drone, appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for postconviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

Facts

Appellant was charged by indictment with first degree robbery, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. On March 11, 1996, prior to jury selection, Appellant entered a guilty plea to the first degree robbery and armed criminal action charge.
