This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court, Chancery Division, in favor of the *197plaintiffs-respondents awarding to the plaintiff-executor the sum of $2,500 as damages for the conversion by the appellant of certain medical charts and records compiled and owned by the deceased Dr. E. L. Kadiseh during his life and professional practice.
