Plaintiff, Ginger Pacifico (now Gaspari) and defendant, James Pacifico, were married in 1978 and divorced in 1997. At the time of their divorce, the parties’ two sons, Anthony and Jason, lived with Ginger in the marital home. Pursuant to a property settlement agreement (PSA) dated December 2,1996, that was incorporated into the final judgment of divorce, James was to pay Ginger child support of $435 a week and permanent alimony of $100 a week.
