MILLER, Judge.

The First National Bank of Indiana [defendant/appellant] appeals the judgment entered in favor of several former employees [plaintiffs/appellees] of the defunct corporation of Gratzol & Nicodemus Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. [corporation]. The Bank seized the employees' corporation's property in satisfaction of debts-real estate owned by the corporation was seized pursuant to a mortgage and the corporation's personal property was seized pursuant to a properly perfected security agreement.
