| ¡^Defendants, husband and wife, appeal the judgment of the trial court that awarded damages and attorney fees to plaintiff for the wife’s unauthorized use of plaintiffs identity to purchase a computer.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Penny Henry and Paula Johnson were co-workers at Terrebonne General Medical Center. In June 1999, Mrs. Henry obtained Mrs. Johnson’s social security number from the hospital data bank.
