This is an appeal from an order of the county court of Madison county dismissing a petition filed by appellants, as trustees of schools of township 5, north, range 10, west, in said county, for the condemnation of certain real estate within the said township for a site whereon to construct a new high school building for Alton Community Consolidated School District No. 151, a district within the township.
