The board of education, appellee, has three times located, or attempted to locate, a school house site on property of Malvina A. Southworth, in the city of Rochelle, in Ogle county. The boundaries of the ground sought to be taken were not the same in each instance, but one certain part of her property was included in each of the parcels upon which it was desired to locate the school house. Two condemnation suits were begun but neither has been tried. This was certiorari in the circuit court of Ogle county to determine the sufficiency of the record of the board of education. After the…
