West, J.:
George J. Barker died leaving certain exempt personal property. A widow, three adult children living in their own homes,- and one daughter who became of age September 7, 1913, and at his death was a member of his family, together with his widow, who was the mother of none of these children, are his heirs. The trial court held that this property would have been exempt in the hands of the deceased and had now all become the absolute property of his widow.
