William Googins appeals from the judgments of conviction entered after a jury trial in the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Pierson, J.) for attempted murder, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 152 (1983); aggravated assault, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 208 (1983); burglary, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 401 (1983); criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 209 (1983); and violation of a condition of release, 15 M.R.S.A. § 1092 (Supp.1993).
